Grants and Applications

The foundation is interested in pilot projects for which seed money can be used to expand work in our fields of interest.  We look for indications of a charity’s careful financial management and effective project delivery, in evaluating the funding of new proposals.

The foundation meets twice each year, in June and in November, to evaluate grant applications.  Application deadlines are therefore mid-May and mid-October each year.

The average size of our grants is in the range of $5,000 to $15,000.

Groups wishing to apply for a grant should first send a 250-word summary of the project to information@the and upon review of the proposal may receive an application.

A final applications may be submitted electronically or mailed in hard copy.
